Reservations can be made through our official website nesaparos.gr, via email, or by phone. By confirming your booking, you automatically accept the terms outlined in this policy.

• A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or departure, unless otherwise agreed.

• Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
• Cancellations 20 to 7 days prior to arrival will result in loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 11:00
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with possible extra charges.

Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may affect the final price.
